At West High, one of the driving forces behind what we do is the idea that "It's ALL about RELATIONSHIP!" Administrators, teachers, and other staff memmbers and resource people at West GET this, PROMOTE this, and WORK on this all the time in a variety of ways. Are we perfect at it? Absolutely not. But the effort is ongoing ... and effective ... and we can prove it.
